I brought them 2 bikes that I had bought at a large retailer, because they had broken within the first month. Patrick greeted me with a giant smile and the kind of enthusiasm you didn't think existed in any retail business any more. I had bought the bikes at a large retailer thinking I would save some money, but while I waited for the repairs I looked around the shop and found their pricing very competitive, and the quality of their product line to be excellent.  When I left the store I couldn't stop thinking, how amazing it was for a young person working at a retail job to be so enthusiastic, I had known the previous owner and the thought never occurred to me that I was talking to the owner. Then I ran into their Dad at the YMCA, turns out, they do own the place, so now I am really impressed! Young, ambitious and totally devoted to customer satisfaction, these are the qualities that will make these guys a big success!"
